This policy explains how Victor Andrews handles information provided by visitors to the platform.

Name, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, profile type and information entered in quizzes or saved lists. Basic technical usage data may also be collected, such as language, page viewed and interaction events.

- provide personal platform features;
- understand site usage and fix issues;
- protect the platform from abuse and failures.
3. Service providers
Data may be processed by providers required to operate the site, including hosting, forms, analytics and communication services. Those providers have their own policies and obligations.
4. Browser storage
Language, quiz answers and saved lists may be stored in your browser using localStorage. You can remove them by clearing this site’s browser storage.
5. Public athlete information
The site may display sports and academic information that is already public or provided for publication, such as name, country, position, destination institution, league and links to public roster pages. This information is used to document destinations and athletic pathways. Requests for correction or removal can be made through the contact channels in this policy.
Operational privacy: in-progress cases may appear publicly as “In progress” without exposing the unannounced destination, associated league or private roster link to the browser. Withdrawals and internal CRM fields are not published.
6. Minors
Athletes under 18 should use contact and contracting features with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is kept as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the relationship or meet applicable obligations. You may request correction or deletion using the email below or the official WhatsApp shown on the site.
8. Security
Reasonable measures are used to reduce unauthorized access, but no online service can guarantee zero risk.
9. Data controller and privacy rights
The data controller for this platform is Victor Andrews Batista Machado — Brazilian company registration CNPJ 52.304.856/0001-54. Where applicable, personal data is handled under Brazil’s LGPD and other relevant privacy laws.
10. Legal bases and purposes
Depending on the context, processing may rely on steps requested by the data subject, performance of a contract, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, legitimate interests where appropriate, or consent when required. Data is used only for the purposes described in this policy and to operate the agency and platform.
11. Your rights

12. International processing
Because the service involves institutions and digital providers in the United States and other countries, some data may be processed or stored outside Brazil by hosting, communications, analytics and academic-service providers. Where applicable, contractual and operational safeguards are used in line with relevant privacy requirements.
13. Minors and public information
When processing or public disclosure involves a minor athlete, participation of a parent or legal guardian is observed as required by the purpose and applicable law. Requests to correct or remove public information may be submitted at any time using the contact channel below.
14. Technologies, Google Analytics and consent
The platform may currently use Cloudflare for hosting, CDN and security; Formspree to receive forms; OpenStreetMap for map visualization; Open-Meteo for location geocoding; and WhatsApp when you choose to share a list, offer or start a conversation. Each service processes the data required for its function under its own policies.
With your analytics permission, the site loads Google Analytics 4 to measure visited pages and usage interactions. Our integration does not send contact fields entered in forms to Analytics. Advertising signals, ad personalization and advertising storage remain disabled in this implementation.
Before you make a choice, the remote Google Analytics code is not loaded. Your preference is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time through the “Privacy” button. If you choose “Essential only,” Analytics and non-essential campaign attribution remain disabled. If you accept analytics, attribution parameters such as UTM, gclid, fbclid or msclkid may be stored locally to associate the visit source with a contact.
15. My List, My Offers and local storage
Features such as language, profile, My List, notes, contact status, My Offers, shareable filters, campaign attribution and minimal access state may be stored in your browser’s localStorage. Full contact details submitted through the form are not kept as a local retry queue. My Offers data remains on the device until you delete it or choose to share it. Clearing this site’s browser data removes that local information.
