These terms govern the use of the Victor Andrews research and search platform.

Outcomes depend on decisions by schools, coaches, leagues, eligibility bodies and immigration authorities. Use of the platform does not guarantee admission, scholarship, roster spot, visa, employment or professional outcome.
3. Data and sources
Some data comes from official institutional sources and some from secondary databases. When information conflicts, the most recent information published by the relevant school, league or authority controls.
4. Permitted use
You may use the platform for personal research. Bulk copying, resale, attempts to bypass access controls or use that disrupts the service are not permitted.
5. Saved features
Browser-saved lists and preferences can disappear if site data is cleared. Do not use the platform as the only storage location for important documents.
6. External links
Links to schools, leagues, maps, social networks and other services lead to independent third parties with their own terms and policies.
7. Updates
These terms may be updated when the site, sources or services change.
8. Limitation of liability
The platform organizes information for research and planning but does not replace official guidance from a university, athletics association, compliance office, consular authority, legal professional or other competent body. Victor Andrews is not responsible for third-party changes, unavailable sources, decisions made by institutions or authorities, or use of the platform that conflicts with these terms.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are interpreted under applicable law. Disputes should first be addressed through the contact channels and, when necessary, before the competent forum determined by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
